📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business goals.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues and concerns.

• Generate and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on multi-entity businesses.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end HR processes.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software, such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
