As a Barista at Pikkoro Coffee, you’ll be at the center of our café’s daily operations. You’ll prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks using high-quality beans and state-of-the-art equipment. From espresso to latte art, you’ll ensure every cup meets our high standards. You’ll also interact with customers, take orders, and provide excellent service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks using high-quality beans and state-of-the-art equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and milk steamers.
• Take and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized café, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and maintaining accurate records.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products and techniques.
• Uphold the café's standards of quality, cleanliness, and professionalism.
• Adapt to the café's peak hours and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a smile.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in a café or coffee shop.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and milk steamers.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating positive and memorable experiences for customers.
• Familiarity with coffee beans, roasting profiles, and flavor notes.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members.
