• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with banking transactions, account inquiries, and financial advice.
• Handle account opening and maintenance, ensuring all customer needs are met efficiently.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions accurately and promptly.
• Assist in cross-selling and up-selling banking products and services.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and data security, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the branch team to achieve daily and monthly service targets.
• Stay updated with the latest banking products and services to provide informed advice to customers.
• Contribute to the bank’s community engagement initiatives and financial inclusion programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or banking, preferably in a retail banking environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer profiles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet service level agreements.
• Valid ID and the ability to pass a background check.
