📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the daily fruiting and harvesting operations of tropical fruits, including mangoes, avocados, and lychees.
• Learn and apply sustainable farming practices, including proper pruning, pollination, and pest management.
• Participate in post-harvest handling, including sorting, grading, and packaging of fruits.
• Contribute to the maintenance and care of fruit trees, ensuring optimal growth and productivity.
• Assist in the preparation of harvest reports and data collection for farm management.
• Work collaboratively with the farming team to achieve daily and seasonal harvest goals.
• Learn to use agricultural tools and equipment, including pruning shears, harvest baskets, and post-harvest machinery.
• Participate in farm activities and events, contributing to the overall success of the farming operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to agriculture, environmental science, or a related field.
• Passion for sustainable agriculture and environmental conservation.
