📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement carbon reduction strategies aligned with international standards such as ISO 14001 and GHG Protocol.
• Conduct carbon footprint assessments and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into business operations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive sustainability reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in carbon management and sustainability.
• Lead training and awareness programs to foster a culture of sustainability within the organization.
• Monitor and report on key sustainability metrics and KPIs.
• Work with external consultants and stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in carbon management, sustainability, or a related field.
• Certification in carbon management, such as Certified Carbon Manager (CCM) or similar.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing carbon reduction strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel and SQL.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with sustainability management systems and carbon footprint calculators.
