As an MEP Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in our luxury hospitality projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all MEP systems are installed according to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role offers a chance to work on some of Bali’s most prestigious projects, contributing to the creation of exceptional guest experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the installation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in luxury hospitality projects.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including but not limited to ASHRAE, IES, and local building codes.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the quality and safety of MEP systems.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that all MEP work is completed on time and within budget.
Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
Ensure that all MEP systems are properly documented and maintained for future reference.
Participate in project meetings and provide updates on the progress of MEP work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP supervision, with a focus on luxury hospitality projects.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including ASHRAE, IES, and local building codes.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Experience with luxury hospitality projects is a plus.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
