📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of cost accounting records and reports.
- Analyze cost data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Develop and implement cost control strategies to support the company's financial objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cost accounting data is integrated into business decisions.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior cost accountants and finance team members.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in cost accounting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Prepare and present cost accounting reports to senior management.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in cost accounting, with a focus on operational cost management.
- Proficiency in cost accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
- Certification in cost accounting (e.g., CMA, CPA) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
