Sofi is seeking a detail-oriented Applications Administrator to join our Home Lending team in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our loan application process. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our application systems, ensuring data accuracy, and providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain our loan application systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Process and track loan applications from start to finish.
  • Provide excellent customer service to applicants and customers.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure a seamless loan application process.
  • Monitor and report on system performance and user activity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the application systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in applications administration.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in applications administration or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of loan application processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
