📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily bakery operations, including production, quality control, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to meet guest preferences and industry trends.
• Train and mentor bakers and pastry chefs to ensure consistent quality and adherence to standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and storage procedures.
• Manage inventory and procurement to optimize costs and ensure availability of ingredients.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless integration of bakery products into the overall dining experience.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Represent the bakery at industry events and conferences to stay current with trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in baking and pastry operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading bakery teams and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, equipment, and ingredients.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene, such as HACCP or equivalent.
• Experience with inventory management and procurement systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with industry software and tools, such as SAP or similar inventory management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
