📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient inventory management.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Conduct regular inventory audits to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.,Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, movements, and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
