Global One Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. This is an immediate opening, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of employees and organizational goals.,Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually to ensure effective knowledge transfer.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads and managers to align training programs with business objectives.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide support and guidance to employees on their training and development needs.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other training management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to travel occasionally for training purposes.
