📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Manage and coordinate site activities, including construction, maintenance, and other related works.,Ensure the timely completion of projects and adherence to budget and quality standards.,Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.,Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor and report on site performance and progress to senior management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site management, preferably in construction or related industries.,Proven experience in managing site operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.,Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits and travel.
