📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and processing of shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs declarations.,Monitor and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, customs laws, and company policies.,Coordinate with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate shipments.,Maintain accurate records of shipping transactions and ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.,Assist in the resolution of shipping and compliance issues, providing support to the logistics and compliance teams.,Provide administrative support to the shipping and compliance team, including data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.,Stay updated with the latest developments in shipping and compliance regulations to ensure ongoing adherence to best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or compliance roles.,Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs laws, and trade policies.,Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with shipping software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
