Bit Port Pratama is looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team in Ambon. This is an immediate opening and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Manage the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and staff.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial projections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
