📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers at the sales counter, providing information about products and services.,Process customer orders and transactions accurately and efficiently.,Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales revenue.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.,Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers leave satisfied and encouraged to return.,Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.,Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and software is a plus.,Ability to learn and adapt to new products and services quickly.,Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude.
