• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Food Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record in production optimization and team management.
• Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as SAP, ERP, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
