📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of raw materials and supplies.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality standards are met.,Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory management and reduce stockouts.,Monitor and analyze supply chain performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the supply chain.,Lead and supervise the supply chain team, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain activities with other business functions.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing supply chain operations.,Strong knowledge of supply chain software and tools, such as ERP systems, inventory management systems, and logistics software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve supply chain issues.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and business practices is a plus.
