📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing and supervising cashier staff to ensure efficient and accurate transactions.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints promptly.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.,Assisting in inventory management and ensuring stock levels are adequate.,Training and mentoring new staff members.,Overseeing the cash handling process to ensure security and accuracy.,Reporting to management on daily sales and operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic accounting and inventory management.,Ability to use computer systems and software for record-keeping.,Good mathematical skills and attention to detail.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.
