PT Sentosa Astrid is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Security Guard to join our team in Canggu. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement security protocols and procedures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent and deter unauthorized access, theft, and other security breaches.
  • Conduct regular security inspections and maintenance of security equipment and systems.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
  • Enforce security policies and procedures, and educate employees and visitors on security best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed security logs and reports.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement and other security personnel as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and other stakeholders.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Security Guard or similar role.
  • Proven track record of ensuring the safety and security of premises and personnel.
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid security guard certification or equivalent.
  • First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
