Depot Adi Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a passion for creating high-quality coffee products. This is a hybrid role, combining office and on-site responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our production processes are efficient and meet our quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.,Coordinate with the production team to meet daily and weekly production targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of raw materials.,Conduct quality checks on finished products to maintain high standards.,Implement and maintain safety protocols in the production area.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure smooth operation of the production line.,Maintain accurate records of production data and report to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of the business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervision role, preferably in the food or beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.,Good understanding of quality control and safety standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with coffee production processes and equipment.,Proficient in using basic office software and tools.,Willingness to work in a hybrid environment.
