📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare providers, ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
Manage customer interactions through Zendesk and Salesforce, maintaining accurate records and tracking customer satisfaction.
Assist in the onboarding process for new healthcare clients, ensuring they have a smooth transition to our services.
Collaborate with the sales and support teams to address customer needs and escalate issues as necessary.
Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve our services and processes.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in healthcare customer service.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of customer service strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and complex customer issues.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Zendesk, is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
