• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience by assisting with orders, recommending menu items, and handling special requests
• Uphold our bar’s policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all guests
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service
• Handle cash transactions and manage the point of sale system efficiently
• Promote our sports events and special promotions to enhance guest engagement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with basic point of sale systems and cash handling procedures
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting

• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus
