📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all financial activities of the company,Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the financial health of the company,Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements,Manage the budgeting and forecasting process,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards,Lead and mentor the finance team,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations,Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in financial software and tools,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong leadership and team management skills
