📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the company's financial goals are met.,Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.,Manage the budgeting process, including the preparation of annual and quarterly budgets.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.,Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments and collections.,Develop and maintain strong financial controls and internal processes to minimize risks and ensure financial accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.,Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and financial analysis.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and GAAP standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
