We are currently seeking a Deputy Operational Manager to join our team in Bandung, Jawa Barat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.,Manage and train operational staff to ensure high standards of service and quality.,Handle and resolve operational issues and conflicts in a professional and timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
