📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet operations, including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance schedules.,Ensure the safety and compliance of all fleet vehicles and drivers.,Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies to reduce costs.,Oversee the maintenance and repair of fleet vehicles, including scheduling and coordination with service providers.,Develop and maintain relationships with fleet service providers and vendors.,Conduct regular fleet audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Provide training and support to fleet drivers and staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fleet operations with overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements for fleet operations in Sumatera Selatan.
