📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement compliance strategies that align with our business objectives.
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Ensure that all employees are aware of and comply with our policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on compliance performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and industry standards, and advise on changes that may impact our business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our manufacturing and logistics operations adhere to all relevant regulations.
• Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees.
• Ensure that our compliance program is in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, preferably in the manufacturing and logistics industry.
• Certification in ISO 9001 or ISO 14001 is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
