📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food.
  • Ensuring the quality and consistency of our food.
  • Managing the inventory and ensuring the kitchen is well-stocked.
  • Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen equipment.
  • Assisting in the preparation of daily and special menus.
  • Following all health and safety regulations.
  • Assisting in the training of new staff.
  • Participating in shift rotations and covering for the Head Chef when necessary.

    Kualifikasi:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.
  • Good knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Good hygiene and food safety practices.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
