📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and implement battery management systems using software such as MATLAB, Simulink, and LabVIEW.
• Conduct battery testing and analysis using tools such as Arbin Instruments, Maccor, and Neware.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of the battery fleet, ensuring that it meets or exceeds industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new battery technologies and processes.
• Provide technical support and training to team members, ensuring that they have the knowledge and skills to perform their jobs effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in battery technology, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Participate in project planning, execution, and review, contributing to the overall success of the battery fleet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in battery management, battery testing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in battery management systems software such as MATLAB, Simulink, and LabVIEW.
• Experience with battery testing tools such as Arbin Instruments, Maccor, and Neware.
• Strong knowledge of battery chemistry, battery management systems, and battery safety.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
