📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and safety.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.,Train and supervise warehouse staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle inventory discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a plus.
