📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Monitor and optimize warehouse processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.,Lead and train warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.,Conduct regular audits to assess inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
