VERTEX Group is looking for a dedicated Assistant IT Support to join our team in Sanur. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and providing technical support to our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and a passion for technology.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.,Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software.,Educate and train users on the use of IT systems and software.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Coordinate with other IT staff to ensure the smooth operation of IT services.,Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with network protocols and technologies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
