Rejeki Yoga Spareparts is looking for an Assistant Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and has a passion for logistics and vehicle maintenance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are aware of vehicle schedules and maintenance needs.,Monitor fuel usage and expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Track vehicle mileage and usage, and generate reports as needed.,Assist in the procurement of vehicle parts and accessories, and ensure they are available when needed.,Coordinate with external service providers for vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Ensure all vehicles are properly documented and insured.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as needed.
