📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the end-to-end accounting cycle, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Lead the finance team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Provide financial guidance and support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management roles.
