📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of sales associates, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Prepare and present regular reports on store performance to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
