📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocks.,Assist in the organization and execution of promotional events and sales.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store.,Assist in training and developing new staff members.,Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or warehouse operations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy items with ease.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
