📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Monitor and report on front desk performance metrics.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Proven experience in the hospitality or coffee industry is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and English is a must.,Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).
