📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily cooking operations and ensure food quality and safety standards are met.,Manage and train junior cooks and kitchen staff.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer requirements.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.,Develop and implement menu plans and special promotions.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cook or similar role.,Proven experience in managing and training kitchen staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.,Valid food handler's license and other relevant certifications.
