📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training and support to help them grow professionally.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.,Promote and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a food service management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
