📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial activities of the company.,Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.,Monitor and control company expenses and budgets.,Lead the finance team and provide guidance and support.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with mining industry financial practices is a plus.
