📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.,Ensure that all food is prepared according to health and safety standards.,Manage the kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Create and maintain menus that are both delicious and cost-effective.,Monitor food inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Ensure that the kitchen is clean and well-maintained at all times.,Work with the management team to ensure that the restaurant meets its financial goals.,Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent leadership and management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
