In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our logistics and operations coordination, ensuring seamless communication and support for our drivers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
• Manage driver schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Track vehicle maintenance and ensure all vehicles are in optimal condition
• Use Jira and Slack to manage tasks and communicate with the team
• Provide excellent customer service and support to drivers
• Monitor logistics operations and identify areas for improvement
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless coordination
• Ensure all logistics and operations activities are documented and reported accurately

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics and operations coordination
• Proven experience using Jira and Slack for task management and communication
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with the logistics industry, particularly in the outsourcing sector
• Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field
