📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of our hotels, ensuring smooth and efficient management during the morning and afternoon shifts.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Manage and mentor a team of hotel managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior management to align hotel operations with the overall business strategy of Premium Hospitality Group.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of our hotels and make data-driven decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and local authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in hotel management, with a proven track record of driving significant growth and profitability.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
