📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and design relevant programs.,Coordinate with internal and external trainers to deliver effective learning sessions.,Monitor and evaluate the impact of learning initiatives on employee performance and organizational goals.,Create and maintain learning materials, including manuals, guides, and training modules.,Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning activities to support employee development.,Provide feedback and support to employees on their learning progress and career development.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using learning management systems and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Certification in learning and development or related fields is a plus.
