📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and coordination of the company's fleet, including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance schedules.,Monitor and maintain vehicle records, including mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance history.,Coordinate with drivers and maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to safety protocols.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet policies and procedures.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to fleet operations.,Provide support in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects and initiatives.,Maintain a high level of communication and coordination with internal teams and external partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
