📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain CNC lathe machines to produce high-quality parts and components
• Set up and adjust machine parameters to achieve optimal performance and accuracy
• Perform basic programming on CNC lathe machines to create and modify programs
• Inspect and test finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to improve production processes
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
• Maintain accurate records of production data and machine usage

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Lathe Operator or similar role
• Familiarity with CNC lathe machines and programming software such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Valid CNC Lathe Operator certification is a plus
